Easter

 Easter is a big deal. Without it, my religion is pointless. If Jesus did not rise from the dead and conquer sin, then I have no reason to rejoice. I would have no personal relationship with my God. I would have no way to spend eternity with Him. But, because of Easter I get these things. Because Jesus died on the cross and rose again I have a reason to rejoice.  I have a personal and intimate relationship with my God and Savior. I get to spend eternity with my God. I have been thinking about a post, and what I should say to try and convey all that I feel about Easter... and the song "Sweetly Broken" by Jeremy Riddle seems to do the job perfectly....

"To the cross I look, to the cross I cling

So remember, Jesus died for YOU! He doesn't care where you are coming from, what you've done, how broken.  He takes you just as you are. He takes your past, your guilt, your sins, and give you life, joy and a peace that goes beyond understanding... Pretty sweet deal.

*Wuthering Heights is the worse book I have ever read in my entire life. If you like old boring books like Jane Eyre then you would LOVE this book...

*I got a super cute key chain from my Aunt Kristine. It is a converse shoe and I love love love it! I showed it to everyone at school... Its basically the coolest thing ever
*Tenth Avenue North still continues to write all of their songs for me and me alone. Its great. Were pretty close

I Have Funny Friends...

God has blessed me with two friends who are extremely funny. They can make me laugh harder than any one else I know. Introducing.... Jake and Jason. So. Stinkin. Funny. And these are just some pictures I want to have on my blog so when I re-read through my blog I can remember these and giggle at them again...

Baby Sunglasses at Fred Meyers are cool... but not NEARLY as cool as we are.

So we are at a birthday party and jason comes down the stairs with this really tall barbie doll and claims its his wife. And talked about her like it was his wife and cracked all these jokes about it. I was dying laughing! So funny, and then that little baby doll is their child.  So this is their nice little family picture! Sorry for the crummy cell phone quality of the picture!

Yupp.... She is just THAT cool

Lauren made it official today that she is the coolest person ever. I am home today, getting better from getting my wisdom teeth pulled and she comes over and makes tee shirts with Emily and I! How awesome is that. Incase you didnt know, she is insanely artistic and creative.  She went and got tee shirts and a bleach pen and made... THESE! TA DA! Thank you Lauren for being a pretty cool big sister!
